Submitting the appointment request form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request only. An appointment is confirmed when our staff contacts you. Please do not include sensitive medical details in a request form or a WhatsApp message.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to collect data from it.
