Information we collect
When you send an appointment request we collect the name, phone number, optional email, preferred date and time, whether you are a new or existing patient, and the short reason for your visit. We also collect basic, anonymous website usage data: an anonymous session identifier, approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your connection, time spent on the site, the page you arrived on, and the referring website.
How we use it
Appointment details are used only to contact you and schedule care. Usage data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sensitive health information
The website request form and WhatsApp are not secure channels for medical details. Please share only what is needed to schedule, and discuss health concerns with us directly. Records created during care at the clinic are handled under our clinical privacy practices.
Cookies and storage
We store a random session identifier in your browser for the length of your visit so that repeat measurements are not double counted. It contains no personal information.
Data retention and security
Requests are kept only as long as needed for scheduling and recordkeeping. Data is stored with access limited to authorized clinic staff.
